Dosage / Direction For Use

Use under medical supervision.One scoop = 5.443 grams (approx.).Mix 1 scoop of S-26® LBW to 30 mL (1 fl. oz.) of water.Use only the enclosed scoop. S-26 Low Birth Weight (LBW) is a Food for Special Medical Purposes to be used during hospital stay and after discharge for low birth weight or premature infants. It contains DHA (16 mg/100 mL serving) that may help support brain and visual development. It also has high protein level (3 g/100 mL serving) to support growth.
